Mayo Clinic’s 2023 Quality Conference ( June 21-22 2023) highlights best practices and innovations for healthcare quality improvement and patient experience. This annual conference is open to a national and international audience and serves to share examples of process improvements that positively influence outcomes in patient safety, service, experience, and equity for patients. 

At the event, participants were also given the opportunity to make abstracts and posters regarding Quality Improvement carried out in each organization, and we are proud that RSPP has succeeded in creating and submitting Quality Improvement abstract and poster and being accepted by the Abstract Review Team of Mayo Clinic Quality Conference.

RSPP displayed a Quality Improvement poster entitled "Improving the Quality Care to Reduce the Incidence of Peripheral Intravenous Catheter-Related Phlebitis at Rumah Sakit Pusat Pertamina, Jakarta" created by dr. Monica Lilipaly as lead author, and also by dr. Ditha Adhiaty Ratna Pratiwi, dr. Erwinsyah H. Harahap, SpOG(K), MKes as additional authors.

We thank the Mayo Clinic team for this great opportunity and also for the effort facilitating us to hold discussions and reviews both abstract and poster virtually with the Mayo Clinic Quality Team.
